Key Information

  • The Let’s Do This console deadline is midnight Friday 25 September.
  • Runners can collect their race bibs on Saturday 10 October from 10:00 to 17:00 at the Oxford University Parks.
  • You can only meet and greet your runners at your marquee on Sunday.
  • There is a strict NO STAKING policy in the event village.
  • Race Day Guide will be available on our website at least 2 weeks before race day.

You'll be met by security and asked to show your vehicle access pass. You'll then be escorted onto site by site management. Do not enter without an escort.

On site: keep to the internal road paths and a 5mph speed limit. This is a public park, open to the public and Parks staff at all times — please be aware and considerate.
Walking on site? You can walk on site at any time within the site access schedule above, but please remember to bring your hi-vis!
